“Trust yourself! Trust your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers, you cannot be successful or happy.” – Norman Vincent Peale
Today, we dive into a world that is often overlooked yet incredibly powerful: the world of intuition. We all possess a quiet inner voice, a whisper, or a “gut feeling” that tells us what is right, even when logic might be shouting something else. Often, we resist it because we lack “proof” or fear being wrong.

Throughout our lives, we have been taught to rely on reason, facts, and the tangible. While these are important, your intuition is like a compass that guides you through the fog when your mind feels lost. It is the wisdom accumulated over years of experiences, perceptions, and emotions, speaking to you from the depths of your being. It’s that feeling when you just know something isn’t right—or conversely, when you know “this is it”—even if you can’t explain why.
Especially as we grow wiser, this intuition becomes stronger. You have navigated so many situations that have sharpened this inner sense. It is time to trust it again. You don’t have to make major life decisions based on a single feeling right away. Start with small steps. Notice the subtle hints and let your inner compass lead the way.
The Coaching Exercise: Think of a small decision you need to make today. Instead of over-analyzing it with a “pros and cons” list, sit in silence for a moment. Ask your heart: “Which way feels lighter?” Pay attention to the physical sensation in your body. Usually, your first “gut” reaction is your truth.
Daily Affirmation:
“I trust my intuition. My inner voice is a wise guide, and I have the courage to follow it.”
